Corrected backup to properly output the first track data when enhanced compression is selected. The "restore first track" option and "entire drive" restores may not be possible with image files created using 2.14 with enhanced compression enabled. In those cases, the partitions would need to be restored individually without the "restore first track" option enabled.
Added Update BOOT.INI restore option.
Better documented the relationship between the /uy /un and /um options.
